A Texas man has been charged with leaving the scene of a fatal crash in Houston.
The crash occurred on Monday night and investigators say an American air conditioning company employee and a maintenance worker were killed.
According to an arrest affidavit, the driver of the American Air Conditioning truck was traveling westbound on Interstate 10 when he lost control of the vehicle and went into a curve.
He crashed into a tree.
The American Air conditioner truck was carrying about 40 people.
Authorities say the driver was in critical condition at a hospital.
The cause of death is pending.
The company said on its website it is investigating the cause of the crash.
