A $500 million condo, two-bedroom apartment and an outdoor pool are among the projects being completed at a sprawling suburban home and condominium complex for seniors.
The new residences will be built by Kew Gardens Properties of San Francisco, a unit of Kew Cos.
The project, which is expected to be completed by the end of this year, is expected be the biggest in the city.
The $500,000 condo and one-bedroom unit will be located on the 700-acre Kew Ranch in the heart of Oakland.
It will have a ground-floor, four-bedroom, five-bathroom unit, and a one- and two-bathrooms suites.
A two-level condo will also be built on the site.
The project will also include a rooftop pool for swimming and a dog park.
It is expected that the pool will be accessible to residents with disabilities.
The second-floor condominium will include two bedrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen, a garage, two bedrooms and a two-car garage.
A third-floor unit will have three bedrooms.
All three residences will feature a heated garage with a water heater.
The garage is expected with a full-size garage with storage for up to 30 cars.
The condominium unit is expected cost about $300,000 to $400,000.
The first floor will have six bedrooms, four bathrooms and an infinity pool.
The unit will include a full kitchen with oven, sink, dishwasher and sink, refrigerator, stove and oven.
The other two-story unit will feature one bedroom, two bathrooms and a small swimming pool.
A rooftop terrace will be added.
All of the homes will be equipped with Wi-Fi, a full bath, a separate laundry room and a full bar.
The swimming pool will feature water slides, a sauna, hot tub and steam room.
